Our Mission
RestRight Foundation is a student-led charity initiative built on a simple belief: everyone deserves the dignity of a good night’s sleep. What began as a small effort to provide air mattresses to people experiencing homelessness in the Melbourne CBD has grown into a committed non-profit organisation dedicated to strengthening community well-being.
At our core, we aim to create immediate, tangible impact by offering comfort, safety, and support to individuals facing housing insecurity. Through grassroots partnerships, hands-on volunteering, and a growing network of donors, RestRight Foundation works to ensure that no one is left without a clean and comfortable place to rest.

Our product: The Inflatable Mattress
We have specifically designed our mattress to meet three criteria that we believe are essential to achieving our mission:
1.Comfort, warmth, and durability — Each mattress is built to provide a reliable night’s sleep, even in harsh outdoor environments. By focusing on insulation, support, and long-lasting materials, we aim to offer a level of rest that genuinely improves wellbeing.It even comes with a built in pilllow.
2.Portability and light weight — Recognising that many individuals experiencing homelessness travel primarily on foot, we engineered our mattresses to be easy to carry, compact when packed, and minimally burdensome throughout the day.
3.Effortless setup anywhere — Our self-inflating design requires minimal effort, allowing the mattress to be ready in minutes. After a long and exhausting day, users can set it up quickly without strain, ensuring they can rest as soon as possible.
